Maryam Shoaib

Hello,
a bit about me:
When I was 16, my family decided to move to Pakistan. It was difficult for me because I have to leave my father and my friends. Additionally, I was the eldest child and a role model for everyone.
My transition to a new country was difficult. I was in culture shock. I even didn't have my dad to look upon. I knew I had to be the great leader for the family. It was an ambiguous situation but I knew I can do it. Despite the hardships, I kept focused and make the best out of the situation. Today, I and my siblings are getting high education and pursuing promising careers.
I want to put my commitment, skills and knowledge for working for a company help it to increase their profits by increasing employee and customer satisfaction.
I am well versed in cost management, analytical and financial skills, negotiation, capital budget administration, relationship management, tactical planning and development, scheduling and training.
